Week 6: Perfectionism can leave you so future-oriented that it blinds you to your incremental progress and victories. Take stock of your accomplishments and acknowledge your progress. Celebrating your wins and savor your efforts. Practice appreciating yourself.

Week 7: Your daily life provides boundless opportunities for self-compassion practice. Shifting habitual patterns requires awareness, intention, and practice. Integrate practices into your daily life. Explore ways to maintain your well-being through mindfulness, self-care and gratitude in your day-to-day.

Week 8: Create new habits and build accountability strategies to continue cultivating self-compassion in all areas of your life.
